Most people building with AI do one of two things. They sell you a course, or they hide how they actually do it. I'm going to do the opposite.
In Production is the log of me building four companies with AI, in real time. Crave Digital, Crave Loans, FiledStudios, CraveRx. What I ship, what works, and what breaks, written down as it happens.
Here's the thing you should know up front: I'm not a programmer. I figured this out the same way you can, by picking up the tools and paying attention. So I'm not going to wave my hands and talk about "the future of AI." I'm going to show you the actual stack, the actual prompts, and the actual mistakes that cost me time.
Every issue is the same shape. One thing I built that week. The tool behind it. The lesson. And one thing you can use today. Short enough to read with your coffee, useful enough to be worth opening.
Pick one thing you do manually every week that you dread. That is your first automation. You don't need to be technical. You need to be specific about the task. Start there.
That's the whole point of this. Not to look smart. To show that a regular person can build real things with these tools, and to hand you the blueprint while I do it.
